Pros

- Flexible Timings - Job security - Good medical insurance benefits - No issues with leaves - Good in-hand salary - Recommended for electronics folks, since it's a firmware company

Cons

- No proper work culture and processes. You feel like working in a factory instead of a software company. - Incompetent, unprofessional management. - Too much micromanagement from the top till the bottom level. - HR's and Managers are liars. Before joining they say u'll be working on product development and justify it with even some fake project explanations. CS grads are put into their service-based unit, which is worse than the other sweatshops out there. No work life balance. - Stupid, cringe-worthy appraisals. Petty issues like non-availability for half-an-hour or skipping one or two meetings will be escalated by team leads and ur appraisals get affected. - Here more than your skills, only Story Points you complete in every sprint matter coz Story Points directly translate to billing. For Story Points, the management expects you to bargain with client if not given more, where we lose the freedom of work and work life balance. They even compromise quality on behalf of Story Points. - Only people with slave mentality can stay here. - No proper time provided in case of upskilling. - Weird HR policies like salary held during last 2 months of notice. - Their way of exploitation is to extend the probation period, by conducting confirmation appraisals (anyways they don't provide hike), just because u didn't attend some meetings or not completed enough story points. - 3 years bond for freshers. Need to pay 3.5 lakhs (1 annual salary) to break bond. Freshers form the majority of employees strength. So u can imagine the quality of deliverables with mostly freshers. Freshers are exploited to the core. - Freshers are not eligible for hike until their 3-year bond period ends. - If the manager thinks/knows ur family background/personal situation is weak, they'll start targeting u for maximum exploitation. How unprofessional!
