      Pros

      large company provides overall job security and stability many people need services don't have to market/find referrals well known brand individual departments are flexible with the needs of their employees

      Cons

      big business comes with general concerns of lack of individuality blanket roll outs of new ideas do not always consider the needs of the departments or patients at times can be focused more on money than care difficult to have direct contact with upper management *need to mention that while these are currently happening there appears to be a lot of rehaul going on due to new partnerships
