Flexible schedule. Good if you have a part time outpatient practice and you want to supplement your income. Wide range of experience. Can work in multiple programs.

Cons

Depends on the department that you are working in. In general it's often faced paced. No guaranteed hours. Can be very stressful. If fewer patients come in than expected you may be sent home.

lowest paid hospital in the area and the floating policy isn't so great either

Great People! Management is pretty good and does seem to care about people. Really strong mission!!! Bennies are decent

Cons

Salaries could be bumped. I have fallen so far behind my peers I needed to leave just to catch up. Also Career growth for leaders who are not at Corporate are limited.
