Love working for alexian brothers, everyone very helpful and feels like a "family". Co workers seem to genuinely care about making sure you are comfortable. Great management.

Cons

Pay could be a little higher, but overall very satisfied with the organization. Weekend work could be less (I wrk every other weekend)
