      Pros

      If you save your PDO long enough you can take time off. Some friendly coworkers. Constant change, you won't get bored because you're not sure what's going to happen next.

      Cons

      Lower than average salary, below average benefits. Very top heavy. Micromanaged from leadership, unprofessional and judgmental. No flexibility with schedule. Dishonest with joint operating company changes. No room for advancement, lack of respect for employees including their Physicians. Very disappointed with the reality vs. their supposed vision.

      Pros

      I loved what I did and enjoyed the relationships I formed with co-workers and doctors.

      Cons

      The person I reported to had no idea what she was doing. Was under qualified for her position and would use the same presentations, and ideas used at her previous job. One of the other offices I had contact with had a drama queen who just paced and complain all day long, disrupting others on a constant basis.

      Pros

      Great hospital to work with good benefit Lately particularly in lab due to short staff all employee are doing double the work and constantly work under stress .Majority employee of lab dept. are unsatisfied with the salary compare to other hospital in surrounding hospital and there own sister concern hospital Alexian brother.

      Cons

      Too much stress due to shortage of staff and not enough salary compare to surrounding hospital and their own sister concern hospital Alexian brother. Lots of new employee gets trained and leave within few months because of salary.
