Pros
The Work/life balance is ok Good for the experience but thats it. Work from home is nice
Cons
Large work load, set with high expectations as they over promise their customers a good work flow and when they can't deliver they slam their analyst harder and raise the bar higher. No room for growth. They dont care how tired or burnt out you are. They only care about production numbers and if you fall behind they will cut you loose the cowards way. No phone call, no teams call...just cut all access and sent you a letter in the email. Pay is very little not worth with how much they expect out of you.
