If they like you, you may possibly get promoted. If you’re family you will definitely get promoted and be favored

Cons

Terrible place Only family gets promoted Top management is always drunk Management does not keep anything confidential, they will gossip with all the family that is working there and lots of favoritism. There needs to be an internal investigation of all the fraud that goes on in there. Hours are sooooo long If the people sitting in corporate don’t like you they will fire you.

Minimal oversight You're allowed to fail without costing your future too much They will create positions to keep your career track moving if they like you Yearly consistent money talks

Cons

If they don't like you, they will let you know through reviews and withholding raises Very behind in all things technical Retail jobs have better benefits All major upward mobility shifts happened recently so there's unlikely any movement opportunity for new joiners During reviews, "meeting expectations" isn't good enough and singular negative events hold more sway than singular or trends of positive events

Big company, easy job, decent money

Cons

Middle school style company culture. Culture is toxic and fake. Everyone will stab you in the back if you let them. HR is no help, and only the evil survive.
