Employee Housing Discount Change

Just announced that they will be changing their employee housing discount program to no longer provide discounts on anything other than a 1 bedroom apartment (not good for those with families/children), they've completely taken away the discount for parking, storage units, and any other rental, leaving employees paying $320+ per month for parking. This was all in the name of it being difficult for the accounting team. Oh and they never give you anything more than a 3% raise which does not even cover a cost of living wage.

Company culture, support, great pay, great benefits, being treated with value and respect, lots of training and education, working with a team, and just a wonderful work environment.

Cons

Dealing with difficult residents can be challenging, however, that is true of any job that handles costumer service.
