- 35% to 45% off an apartment - In-depth training and resources - LinkedIn learning and opportunities for tuition reimbursement - Competitive pay for the industry

Cons

- Less room for promotions, but it's for good reasons! They take their time to make sure they promote the right people. They also have significantly less turn over in higher positions than other places near us. -There are some more tenured managers, especially service managers, that should have been let go a long time ago. It's not quite favoritism, but it's definitely a soft spot for the wrong people.

Pros

Great, family environment. Super supportive team and staff. All properties are managed and owned by the same company.

Cons

Low base salaries. The fluctuation in commission can put you in financial holes at times. Not necessarily a con for me, but may be for a lot of people… this job requires a lot of physical labor. You are on your feet for the majority of the day whether it is for tours, property walks, or apartment inspections.
