      Employee Housing Discount Change

      Just announced that they will be changing their employee housing discount program to no longer provide discounts on anything other than a 1 bedroom apartment (not good for those with families/children), they've completely taken away the discount for parking, storage units, and any other rental, leaving employees paying $320+ per month for parking. This was all in the name of it being difficult for the accounting team. Oh and they never give you anything more than a 3% raise which does not even cover a cost of living wage.

      Great company for growth with excellent training programs

      Pros

      AMLI was a great company to work for as they provided great support, training and development programs and operated with a high level of integrity.

      Cons

      AMLI was the best company I've worked for and I really don't have anything negative to say. Upper management was open to feedback from the staff and initiated pilot programs to test out new possibilities. They had great systems and processes and they were always open to improvement.
