AMLI Atlanta has the best culture that you can find. I never feel like I’m not heard and no matter what position someone is in they treat you like family. I’ve worked for AMLI almost 5 years and I love it. You will always have a role model and always have someone ready to help you. I love that policy and procedure is nationwide so you have so many opportunities to advance your career r experience a new location.

Cons

Availability of career opportunities can sometimes be an issue but if you work hard and show your skills when something comes available you have a great chance for advancement. It’s mostly because people are so happy in their role.

My most favorite thing about working for Amli is that when you work hard and go above and beyond, that recognition follows you throughout your career. The amount of the growth in the company is very encouraging. I also enjoy that Amli has a great work culture, it helps look forward to the coming years.

Cons

One of the major cons is that as a leasing agents, we do not get many activities that get to celebrate us, as opposed to the managers and acm's.
