Their pay for assistants are very good and have a good bonus structure

Cons

There is no chance for growth. They stick you on a niche and don’t let you learn anything else. Example if you are a concrete superintendent then that’s all you will do. If you’re a drywall superintendent then that’s all you will do. There’s no chance to develop into the next role as a lead superintendent. Once leaving the company by choice I worked as an assistant and learned more in 3 months then I did the previous two years and was quickly promoted to the Lead Superintendent

Consistent work and processes in place for the finance team.

Cons

The corporate office politics. Women and men gossiping and contributing to a somewhat tense environment. The AMLI FAMLI statement they insist on only applies when you're doing your work and it gets done. Don't get sucked into providing any information about yourself as it will get used against you.
