Pros

The commission is so much higher than that of other property mgmt companies. The corporate team actually seems to care about what’s going on, & they take action to make properties better for employees & residents. The health care benefits are also top notch, plus you get a lot of holidays off! Just a really great company overall & definitely my favorite job so far!

Cons

Weekends can be busy & a bit chaotic, & there are times when it’s necessary to work overtime.
