      Pros

      AMLI Atlanta has the best culture that you can find. I never feel like I’m not heard and no matter what position someone is in they treat you like family. I’ve worked for AMLI almost 5 years and I love it. You will always have a role model and always have someone ready to help you. I love that policy and procedure is nationwide so you have so many opportunities to advance your career r experience a new location.

      Cons

      Availability of career opportunities can sometimes be an issue but if you work hard and show your skills when something comes available you have a great chance for advancement. It’s mostly because people are so happy in their role.

      Pros

      My most favorite thing about working for Amli is that when you work hard and go above and beyond, that recognition follows you throughout your career. The amount of the growth in the company is very encouraging. I also enjoy that Amli has a great work culture, it helps look forward to the coming years.

      Cons

      One of the major cons is that as a leasing agents, we do not get many activities that get to celebrate us, as opposed to the managers and acm's.

      Pros

      This is the best company I've ever worked for. There is a fantastic sense of community within the company. The high ranking executives actually make an effort to be part of the action and visit with employees in all branches across the country. There is also a yearly award ceremony to recognize employees for their hard work, which is something I've never had at any other company I've worked for. The benefits are great, the pay is great, and you feel appreciated for all the work you do.

      Cons

      I have literally no complaints about working at AMLI.
