Pros

Quality of standards, diversity of support groups (many different departments, not in terms of ethnicity), health benefits.

Cons

Antiquated management approach, lack of progression (no legitimate advancement opportunities at the onsite level), lack of diversity at the corporate level, discourages free thinking, diminished merit & worth of onsite employees.

Good Company

Pros

technology/platforms/system were advanced and made day to day operations easier, all around good company, all corporate people were great and knowledgable, company events and volunteer days a plus

Cons

could not be an out of the box thinker because policy and procedures were so intense, very little gray area, audits were very stressful

Pros

Culture and initial onboarding,

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance, overtime can be expected, promotions are given based on favoritism vs. individual performance, tedious unnecessary old school practices in regards to the leasing process, and you’re either not good enough and you be terminated or you’re “too good” and generate too much revenue to be promoted into a non-sales front line role. It’s your Amli “famli” until you need something.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We have passed your comments and suggestions on to the leadership team in Atlanta. AMLI has detailed training programs for our new managers so as to better lead and coach our associates. Many of our employees prefer to have a 4 day weekend, so ask to work longer stretches. We realize that weekend work is not for everyone – however our sales teams know that the Saturday and Sundays provide great opportunities to earn larger commissions.
