      *Cut backs on hiring in certain departments. Don't bite off more than you can chew in thinking you will get promoted.

      - Incredible support (open door) - Culture throughout is incredible but more so in SoCal - Pay - Support for educational growth - Attention to broader national and global efforts

      Cons

      - Health benefits package - Smaller company so growth is limited...at times
