Coworkers were great, hour not ideal, management had strange priorities

Pros

Coworkers make the job enjoyable, doable, and fun. You do get recognition for the money you bring in which is nice. The properties themselves are well constructed and managed so you will feel good recommending them to prospects.

Cons

Working weekends and working till 6 daily on your feet and dealing with people complaining to you all day is a bit taxing. There is a lot of pressure to look a certain way from management and they very much prioritize that.

As you know, Leasing Consultants earn the majority of their commissions and bonuses working weekends. AMLI knows that you only have one opportunity to make a first impression, so we want employees to look professional and polished when leasing luxury apartments. AMLI moved away from more formal career apparel a few years back, in order to give employees flexibility in wearing their own clothes which reflect their individuality.
