Pros

Culture! Involved and Intentional leadership. Employees who produce results are treated well and rewarded for their efforts. Senior Leadership cares about employees and makes a real effort to show it both publicly and privately. Amazing IT team. Constant Education opportunities to learn about your job and other aspects of the company.

Cons

401 match and limit is well below average. Marketing employees have onsite do too much work and don't alleviate any of the work they were hired to reduce.
