      The main thing that attracted me to this company was its AMLI fAMLI culture. The leadership embodies this and sincerely wants to ensure that employees feel heard and that they too have a seat at the table. I am also amazed at the average tenure in this organization! To me it screams dedication and that AMLI must be doing something right for these employees to stay for so long. Another cool thing is the "Boomeranger" club. Employees that have left, in good standing of course, to see if "the grass is greener" elsewhere are welcomed back with open arms and not looked down upon or rejected - you don't see that often. I could go on but I think its an experience better served firsthand than told :)

      Cons

      I think that with any company you will have some pain points, but at AMLI I consistently see leadership, in collaboration with HR, constantly working to improve them. Which says they care!

      Fake, from their company culture to their green initiatives

      Big company, easy job, decent money

      Cons

      Middle school style company culture. Culture is toxic and fake. Everyone will stab you in the back if you let them. HR is no help, and only the evil survive.
