Chicago corporate didnt seem to care about the employees onsite. Raises for onsite employees aren't great and when you get promoted your pay increase is minimal.

When they say AMLI fAMILY they really mean it. I felt welcome from day one from everyone at the company. You will get the support you need to be able to do your job well!

Cons

The only con is due to it’s size there aren’t as many opportunities as larger companies.
