Pros

Health insurance is decent, income isn't bad compared to other companies.

Cons

Fear based management, too many politics, gossip, employees are seen as just another number and are given the highest workload possible while keeping the office understaffed.

AMLI is focused on promoting from within and truly care about their employees. They really listen to the employees and make changes based on their feedback. They take the time to develop each employee and act with a high level of integrity.

Cons

Not many cons. They have very high expectations which is not a bad thing.
