      Pros

      The company offers PTO and a 401k plan for part-time employees, as well as semi-flexible scheduling and a dedicated point of contact.

      Cons

      To become a certified medical interpreter, it costs $800 for the medical training, NBCMI, and CCHI fees. While the company offers pay raises, it may take a few months for part-time employees to break even. Also, If you're looking for advancement, it's hard to come by.

      The company has a fair pay scale for employees

      Cons

      The legal team is a smoke screen. You have directors that are on a ego trip, that don’t have experience in the field they oversee. If you speak up and question anything other than the make up fairytale everything is perfect story they try to sell you will be let go. They always talk about Speak Up you cant speak up if you do higher ups will start ignoring you for no reason. Or better yet you will be place on Performance improvement plan out of nowhere. It starts from the top

      Honestly there is no cons from working at this company.

      Cons

      Overworked and micromanage dishonest management, no job security they don’t care if your child is sick, they don’t care if your loved one pass.
