      Pros

      Healthcare at the base level is completely covered, access to LinkedIn learning.

      Cons

      Poor management, misaligned priorities and constant layoffs mixed with poor handling of technology, security measures and lack of planning for day to day efficiency. It really felt like everything was always so reactive, management did not take into account (nor did they try to even understand) how things operate before barking deliverables. The company I started with is NOT the same company at the end. The values do not align with how people are treated and made to feel about their efforts.
