This is a very toxic work environment. The Manager talks about their employees behind their backs and does nothing to support. The Manager should have been dismissed a long time ago. The work environment is so stressful that that there is consistent burnout from being overworked and under paid. Due to the Manager’s inability to stay on top of things, the workers are pressed at the last minute, which pauses all revenue. There is a Supervisor that verbally abuses their subordinates. The whole Local group is falling. The management team for the past 4 years is driving it into the ground.

There is no hope for people who have career goals. Pay raises don’t happen for those who deserve it. Micromanagement everywhere. HR always sides with management and doesn’t keep things that are confidential confidential. I personally have had 3 possible lawsuits I could have files. Still not sure why I didn’t.
