      The training, the leadership, the extremely heavy workload, the lack of resources..the list goes on and on.

      Pros

      I've been with Merritt Hawkins for about a year and a half. I have loved working here from the day I stepped on campus. The organization put me through robust training, my leadership and trainer were extremely supportive, and I have watched my career take off. My VP is extremely flexible with my schedule even allowing me to work from home on some days that my schedule is just too much. The organization stresses retention and growth for their employees. Recently they switched the compensation model so that we could have more guaranteed income vs. at-risk commission-based income. They have multiple growth paths in the industry for you to choose what avenue in the organization you want to grow into. Some of these negative reviews are what you would expect from unsatisfied employees in any organization. I'd recommend this job to anyone looking to take control of their career. WE are the best in the industry.
