      Great recruiter, good pay, nice assignments

      Cons

      Cannot take off more than 3 weeks without health insurance being canceled. 3 weeks is a short period of time when you have been travel nursing for 18 months.

      The people are nice and friendly. The job is pretty basic and the pay is higher than what others are offering.

      Cons

      High turn over, everything is always changing, no raises, and no real career development.

      Pros

      Credentialing analysts daily have to deal with the difficult internal sales department, but still manage to get clinicians to start

      Cons

      1. Sales is treated better than other departments 2. Credentialing leaders always back account managers, program directors and recruiters when one is escalated 3. Credentialing analysts have to do extra work to please sales 4. Many account managers, program directors and recruiters are nasty to credentialing analysts and department leaders do not care 5. Account managers, program directors and recruiters will escalate you for anything like not responding to their emails immediately
