Pros
You will not find a better group of individuals than here. These are some of the most genuine and professional folks I've ever worked with and they care about their employees in both a business and personal sense. If you work hard and try your best, whether you are the greatest producer or not, they will work with you and fight to keep you on. This is a high metric production role; it is not for everyone and it can be draining, but the potential future financial payoffs, the quality of character in the leadership, and the integrity of Merritt Hawkins as a whole are all contributing factors to my rating of this great company.
Cons
As mentioned above, this is a high-metric role - much will be expected of you. But the leadership here understands that we all have bad days and bad weeks and no one is immune to personal and life circumstances that arise. If you are communicative with your managers and work hard, they will support you and stand with you.
