      At AMN I feel like I have the freedom to innovate and excersice my problem solving musceles. I fee supported all the way from the top by executives all the way to Team Members -My leader is open to suggestions, making space for my creativity to go to work weather in the process automation space or continuous improvement space and everything in between (No Micro Management :-) -Our hybrid model also allows for work/life balance

      Cons

      Need more options when working in the office for privacy/conference rooms (meeting on Teams when in the office with another team member sitting behind me defies the purpose of being in the office)
