Despite facing challenges inherited from the former leadership, our CEO has been nothing short of brilliant in navigating the company through tough times. Their intelligence and dedication to right-sizing the organization have been instrumental in maintaining our position as the industry leader. AMN's commitment to its employees is evident in everything they do. From comprehensive benefits to professional development opportunities, the company ensures that we are well-supported and equipped to succeed. The culture here is collaborative and inclusive, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. I have personally referred several friends to roles at AMN because I love it here.

It's important to acknowledge the layoffs and organizational changes that have occurred over the past 1.5 years. These were necessary steps to adapt to evolving market conditions and ensure the company's long-term success. Anyone with an understanding of the healthcare sector or global business will recognize that these actions, while difficult, were essential for maintaining our competitive edge. There is a phrase "AMN nice". Everyone here is nice, sometimes to a fault. If you are a negative person who likes to complain and create negativity within teams and your workplace, this won't be a fit for you.
