      My recruiter Valorie is great, she is quick to get me out to hospitals in locations where I want to go. She matches me with the type of work I am specialized to do.

      Pros

      Great fresh and affordable lunch on site. Beautiful building with some natural light even for the most hidden cubicles.

      Cons

      High turn over, huge work load, complicated internal system which decreases efficiency. Short lunch time. Frequent meetings that give contradictory information. Mind numbing work.

      You can build great professional and personal relationships. The promotion structure is attainable and cut and dry. The training is on-going and will help you for the rest of your career.

      Same as any production based environment, high pressure with a "what have you done for me lately".
