      1. The company's values are Respect, Trust, Passion, Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation. 2. Employee Resource Groups are phenomenal because they are very diverse, inclusive and offer many resources and opportunities to network with decision-makers for career advancement. 3. Remote job roles are plentiful, which is great for work-life balance. 4. Top of the line technology systems!

      Cons

      1. Not good for those who like to do the bare minimum. 2. Definitely not a good fit for people whose mindset is: "That's not my job." 3. If you're set in your ways and not eager to learn or improve an existing way to getting the job done, you may not be happy in this tech-centric total talent solutions company!
