      Pros

      Clear promotion paths based off of placements and not management.

      Cons

      The leadership could care less about the employees. The sales process is also designed in a manner that allows for unethical sales behavior, that is then tolerated by mangement. Also, when hired the HR staff mislead me about hours to be worked. You can expect to work 50-60 hours per week and from 8:00-8:00 every Tuesday and Wednesday.

      Earning potential (if you work without breaks.)

      Cons

      Micromanagement Limited room for advancement If you land a client and scale it too large, expect it to be removed from you and just given to someone else to manage and ultimately make the money you set up to bring in for yourself. No the client will not be replaced. You have to replace your own business quickly and learn to not scale up too large or it will be taken from you also. Commission sizes are the smallest I’ve ever seen at an agency. The retention rate is awful.

      Pros

      Te envían el equipo de trabajo, al cumplir un año te mandan un termo. Prestaciones de ley.

      Cons

      Son muy estrictos con los tiempo, si te pasas aunque sea un segundo de entrada o de tus tiempos de descanso te ponen acta administrativa, no hay oportunidad de crecer ya que no te cambian de part time a full time ni llevando más de un año.
