Joining a team with a well-established and healthy culture is important in any position and with AMN, you can find so many opportunities where the culture provides a positive experience. The benefits, when available, are relevant in retaining employees in some circumstances. The availability of HR and LTD (Learning and Talent Development) is without pause and the numerous ERGs available to all AMN employees can provide a separate network of staff members. ERGs are critical in some agencies and within AMN, there are 10 to select from. All of which have a purpose and a meaning and can leave a lasting impact. The support system within AMN is incredible and the pay structure allows employees of all experiences to have the eligibility to land a position with their preferences in mind.
