The only pros was the benefits and the some employees do care.

Cons

Leadership that in normal organizations would not be leaders. These leaders have been with AMN for years with no outside or very little outside experience. This place is run top down.

Great company for entry and sr, level sales recruiting

Pros

Pay is decent, You can earn commission and the bonuses. The building is very nice and they always have food and goodies to give away. The management is what you would expect from corp. america, nothing unusual.

Cons

Very numbers driven so if that is a turn off for you, this is not the right fit. I was let go during the COVID epidemic so this isn't my experience, but if you plan on leaving and you put in a 2 weeks notice you will be walked out that day. Do with that what you'd like, good luck.
