      Pros

      When the old CEO was at AMN the company morale was up, we got bonuses, and we able to grow with in the company

      Cons

      New CEO is bad for business, they are outsourcing the jobs to India and making you train your replacements. The have lay offs every quarter and HR gives the same speech about how it won't happen again. They no longer give bonuses, X-mas presents, and if you can't return to the office your'e out. High expectations for performance and upper management has no idea what they are doing.

      Things are going downhill

      Pros

      enjoyed my position until they added a lot of tasks without payment.

      Cons

      Company is no longer profitable, serious micromanaging even of their most productive employees, a lot of offshoring to PSG, hiring freeze, benefits are awful.
