      Initially when I first began with AMN, it was a very inclusive organization with lots of promise.

      Cons

      In my 6 years of service, it has become a challenge to work here. Leadership is not focused and people in power are not qualified to be.

      you get paid on time

      Cons

      The managers have their favorites and they also have their own understanding on how to interpret. They do not want you to do anything else but interpret. You're not there to advocate or try to get the call to go smoother or faster.
