      Pros

      If you haven't looked up the approval ratings on the CEO, Susan Salka, do so. She is one of the best CEOs (if not the best) that I've worked under. She ensures all team members are valued, (and compensated accordingly) This personally makes me want to provide my best self, day after day!

      Cons

      I can't think of any, You work hard, you get noticed. The one thing I would take note of is to make sure you are taking time off/breaks. There is a lot of work, and it will cause burnout.

      Use them for how they can benefit you because they are using you for how it benefits them

      the money is good if you are making placements/bringing in searches nice autonomy working remotely

      Cons

      Its a very "what have you done for me lately' company. doesn't matter if you have historically over achieved, if you have a few months in a row of underperforming you will be quickly on the hot seat
