Awesome Company with Great Potential

Pros

Sales based company with unlimited potential in regards to compensation. I love the fact that if you are a hard worker, passionate about recruitment, and willing to put in the effort, you will see the return not only in the continuous advancement of promotions but also compensation increases. One of the best decisions I ever made was joining this company

Cons

Recruitment is not an easy task and without prior healthcare recruitment experience learning the different specialties can be difficult at first but you get the hang of it and it gets very easy over time

Direct deposit, if HR remembers to reach out to you to actually set it up.

Cons

ZERO support. ZERO. Go work at McDonalds and you’ll receive more support and won’t be thrown under the bus so much. Zero work life balance. If you’re salary, you’re basically their slave.
