Great company to start your corporate career. Internal growth in a career you want IS an option. Resources are available at the team members disposal. They have a service center if you have any questions.

Cons

Compensation is lower compared to other companies, but the experience you get is worth it.

Good base for any sales or hr position good inter-office culture

Cons

-no way to move up. title changes exist but in most offices you don't actually have the opportunity to achieve them past a certain point--there's no room for more management -pay is awful, specifically for the north east offices. people can't afford less than 40k as a base. it's not realistic to the cost of living in the area.
