I have been with Merritt Hawkins for 8 years. I have been a Director in the past and am now in Marketing/Business Development. The training, support, personal, career and financial growth are all unlimited IF you make the decision to take this position seriously and want a CAREER in Healthcare.

Cons

From a marketing perspective, it will take time to build your territory. It will be a 3 year commitment. However, the good news is, their are PLENTY of examples of Marketers who have been with Merritt Hawkins past the 3 year mark who are doing very well, are making a great income, and are leaders on our floor.

Good customer service regarding benefits, payroll.

Cons

Recruiter was annoying and couldn't find me another position. Huge paycut for taking vaca time even though it was pre-approved and in my contract. Mediocre pay. Reimbursed me for my scrubs only after I extended my contract.
