Pros
It is the premiere physician recruitment firm in the industry and a household name in healthcare. No other company provides their level of training. Very little micromanaging (once you are trained and ramped up). Decent advancement opportunity.
Cons
Be prepared to work 45 hours/week, sometimes 50. Search Consultants can't really earn more than $105,000 (average ones earn $70,000 to $80,000. Director and Senior Directors can't earn more than about $150,000 (the top Senior Director producers earn $180,000 but there are maybe only two earning that much). I believe that once you have the skills that they teach you, you can earn much more elsewhere.
