Pay review system not based on merits or effort to keep up with your knowledge to handle the calls, but based on fixed sets of parameters like how fast you wrap up a call and how many calls you miss during the year. Easy burnout but no management to blow steam to because you’re pretty much on your own if you sail smooth or hit the rock during a call. Company won’t train the users how to use our equipment (ipad on a stand) as moving it creates serious noise problem to the ear, and you have to use industrial grade earplug to work, but then if the users speak softly, you’ll have to take the plug out. Constant struggle. Provided comments to management to train the users how to use our equipment but to no avail.

We didn't get a raise in 5 years. They care more about how you look on camera and if you smile to rude customers, than your actual work. Back to back calls all the time on video, it's exhausting. And if you need a couple more break minutes in a day, you get reported. No chance to grow
