      Started great then went down hill.

      Pros

      The people, the mission of helping people and it's status in healthcare.

      Cons

      Some executives are allowed to continue to treat team members with great disrespect. It can also take extremely long periods of time to make decisions and the most senior executive doesn't like to make waves with other executives so bad decisions are often made. Employees are afraid to speak up.

      Opportunity to make a good income.

      Cons

      Leadership in the Salt Lake office is horrible. No one seems to listen to the complaints, see the turnover and the favoritism that takes place from leadership, HR does not see to care or listen to the complaints.

      Pros

      Ability to make 100K and more within 18 months. Great training. Great support from VPs. Everyone wants you to succeed. They have a proven process that when you use it correctly it makes you successful. The company is growning and they want you to grow with it. I think that anyone with a hunger and a drive to be successful should take this job.
