      Pros

      The online training is in depth, fun, and overall, a great way to learn about AMN and the expectations! There's a decent amount of e-learnings but I think it's appropriate to help newbys. The trainers are very helpful, patient, and go over all the tedious questions you may have!

      Cons

      I had a great first week at AMN but my only con is that it seemed like my mentor and director weren't really looped into my training. They were still a pleasure to meet, though!

      Good team, good manager but bad upper management decisions and no growth opportunites

      Work from home, good team and good immediate manager.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities. AMN reduced the amount of hours part timers can work from 29 to only 20.
