      Department & divisional leaders bury their heads in the sand when presented with tangible, data supported issues and refuse to implement any common sense solutions. Too many fossils in leadership thinking that they are the SME on a skill/task they haven’t done in 30yrs, but they’ve got the DVP’s ear and so they get their way. Team members with no part of their team in their location are having to go to offices just to sit on Teams calls for “culture and collaboration”.
