      Where do I start! Lois McCormick was amazing to work with. She cares about what you want, she listens to what you're looking for and she adamant about putting you in the right position that fits your needs and qualifications. Even after accepting the position and actively working Lois still checks in to make sure you're OK. If you're ever in the market for a job contact Lois and her team. You will not be disappointed.

      There were no pros of working at AMN

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. I was constantly fed lies about professional and financial growth. No compassion or care for the employees. Pay is not competitive. I could not recommend working at amn more, worst position I’ve ever had.

      Nonsensical Pay scale

      Pros

      Remote work from home office. Communication with same-language colleagues possible through Teams platform. Stable work with a set shift.

      Cons

      -Low pay. No clear pay scale, with colleagues with no or less work experience and no credentials getting paid significantly more than colleagues with national certification and long experience. No clear reason. -Micromanagement of employees. -Increasingly restrictive & rigid rules. -No real employee appreciation shown in any way or form to best employees or top performers.
