      Great company under Susan. She valued the employees.

      Cons

      Cary Grace brought her people in who worked for companies known for reorganizing companies to include downsizing and outsourcing. The clients will not be happy with this model.

      Pros

      Pros were the coworkers. Former CEO was phenomenal.

      Cons

      Transparency is lacking, dishonesty in upper management is concerning, pay is lower than other companies doing similar work, new CEO cares more for profit than people, shown by the outsourcing of jobs.
