      Pros

      The culture is just phenomenal! Even after 13 years of employment I continue to be impressed by the way my colleagues and leaders encourage collaboration and connection for the greater good of our communities and professional and personal development. The work is extremely rewarding! We get a chance to impact patient care from our desks! My leaders consistently look to bring out the very best in me and celebrate it.

      The salaries are average in my opinion.

      I love working at AMN because the work actually means something. Everything we do connects back to patient care, and you feel that. The people are what make it stand out. I’m surrounded by hardworking, collaborative teammates who push each other and genuinely show up every day. But the biggest differentiator for me is the relationships. I’ve built real, lasting friendships here—and during some of the hardest moments in my life, my AMN family showed up without hesitation. If you’re looking for meaningful work, strong people, and a culture that actually cares, AMN delivers.

      Fast-paced environment with high performance expectations, which may not be the right fit for those seeking a slower or more structured pace. Workload can fluctuate based on business needs, requiring flexibility and strong time management.
