      Good direct management, bonuses, and PTO

      Cons

      Lack of innovation in recruitment practices: a lot of time spent calling the same uninterested people daily instead of proactively reaching out to those who are interested. Outdated system: profiles in system date back to early 2000’s many have retired or are no longer nursing. Lack of innovative technologies: With all the new tools such as AI and automated outreach, AMN should seek to adopt some of these processes to make recruiters more efficient.
