Benefits, Compensation, Colleagues, and Hybrid work environment.

Cons

New CEO. And too many hands in each pot. Seems like many more roles have an assistant type of role so our HPs end up having to deal with many team members - recruiter and recruitment coordinator, Credentialing analyst and Credentialing specialist for example. Culture and Values may be named the same but they’re not the same internally.

Great Culture & Company!

Pros

AMN Healthcare is great place to work because it has great culture, benefits and flexible work options. Our leadership team is also really great, they really care about employees and having a work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be better especially for senior roles. There are no bonus opportunities at all unless you're in a sales position. Sick time and Vacation days are part of the same allowance you accrue throughout the year which sucks when you legit get sick but also have a vacation you're looking forward to taking.
